Wore another grabbed together look, all of the items had certain prints (except for the waste-coat), I don't know if you can see it, but the pants are camouflage-printed. That reminds me of Jade's, my dear fellow blogger, Disney-action. Ah, the things we do together.

Tried something new with my hair, saw it on The Dresscode *her blog is awesome, go and follow* She did a video on this and I liked it a lot and it's really easy so I did it to my own hair too. Quite like the result, at first sight, no one know's you also got a braid :)

Decided to take out my step-thingy for the pictures, it's so nice to do. Once I stepped all the way to my friend from elementary school's house, it was quite exhausting but it was worth it to see the smile on her face when I arrived at her place.

Today's outfit: Don't waste your time or time will waste you

Today I wore this outfit consisting of all random swooped together items. I was choosing an outfit and in the end I just put on some clothes and it looked sort of appropriate and funny so I decided to just go along with this. And the scarf I wore as a belt made me feel like a pirate so much! Like I felt the urge to scream "ARRRRG" a lot today. I named almost all of the skulls on it Jack Sparrow, except for a really small one all the way into the corner, that's named Jaques because he is so small and an outsider. And besides that he is just very, very cute.

I am so sorry for the pretty vague post last week, but me and mostly my friend Iris were going through a rough time, filled with tears and funerals. So I wasn't really in the mood to post, neither did I have time. But now I'm back, and I really hope there are some better times to come. Especially for my friend Iris, she really deserves it now. She is a really nice and sweet girl and I hope and know I'll always be there for her whenever she needs me. So here's a huge shoutout to her, go follow her tumblr RIGHT NOW. And also a huge shoutout to all of the people leaving me lovely comments on my latest post, they really made my day, I love you guys.

So I am going to start with a post about my birthday. I celebrated it on sunday (March 27th). In the morning, I had breakfast with my family and they gave me presents. Then, for lunch, I went to the SS Rotterdam (what is a really HUGE boat in Rotterdam's harbor) with the rest of my family and in the evening I had dinner (really healthy; ice-cream and pizza) and talked and laughed a lot with my friends.

And you maybe noticed, the pictures above are really high quality. And that's because I got a new camera! It's a Canon 550D and it makes really, really sharp pictures. I'm blown away! So from now on I'll be using this for my blog, what is a big improvement I think.

Life is short, make the most of it.

Today I wore my hat again, it's a nice hat. It's funny to see how many weird faces I got today, I mean, it's not like there's a living creature around my head or so! Yeah and maybe people were staring because I got lost somewhere around Prinsenland and was turning back and forth the entire time. Yeah. I combined it with my Nirvana cropped tee, I just can't wait to wear this without a shirt/top underneath it and just shorts! I'm making outfits up in my head already now... I know I'm pathetic.

I am so terribly sorry for not updating my blog in a while! It has been over a week now, and it's not done, I know. And of course I can make up a good excuse here like "I was busy with school", but the truth is, I was just lazy. But I'll stop being lazy from now on, starting today!

The shirt I'm wearing in these pictures is from Austria, and I've worn it a lot already. I love the fact is has two different sides and that it's really silk-y though the fabric it's made of probably isn't silk. I combined it pretty simple with jeans, ankle boots and a hat. I wore a hoodie to school this morning, but as soon as I came home I threw it off because it was so hot. I can already feel spring coming and I'm really excited for it. And I can also bike without a coat/jacket without freezing and that's a great feeling after the cold winter we've been through!

The sun was shining, my camera was in my bag and we had all afternoon so Jade and I just had to go into town. First we went to where the shops are, but soon we went to the harbor and the Maas, a river. We sat there for like 2 hours, and we had a whole lot of really deep conversations watching the sun, and the water, and the sky, and it was amazing and so "relieving" and it really made me happy. We also went into a random hotel, and took some pictures there and at some other places along the way. The result of another great S&J-afternoon you can see above!

I didn't have time for an outfit post today, because first I had to catch up with the band I play in, we couldn't practice for a whole week and I missed to do it, and then I had to go to the supermarket to buy bread for Jade and mine adventure (might sort of took ice-cream too) and then I started to act lifeless and watch SouthPark and The Big Bang Theory for a while.

Yeah I've got that much of an exciting life.
